SHOW UP FOR YOU.

I’ve been studying and practicing yoga and its philosophies for almost 2 years now and I'm still so humbled as there is much more to learn. I offer community and private classes all over southern Maine and am the founder of Yoga Hike Maine. I received my 200 HR power + vinyasa certificate at Hot8 yoga in Los Angeles , CA. As a former athlete I've wanted to bridge that gap further between yoga and athletics. The journey is just beginning and after having the great honor of learning and practicing with some of the most amazing teachers over the years I was eager to come back home to Maine to share the wonders of breath, movement, and meditation. This practice has opened my eyes and heart in so many ways and continues to do so on a daily basis. Breaking down the walls that we have created and cultivating space in the mind and heart to find where you once felt stuck is what yoga is to me. It has truly been the greatest gift in the world finding myself in service to others and shining a light to their path. My goal is to always create a safe space for you to begin again and find your light⚡🌎

Movement is Medicine 🌿

I’m a certified Yoga Instructor based in Portland Maine. I’ve tapped into the world of yoga recently after being a long time athlete, I was initially drawn towards the physical benefits and soon realized how much more was actually happening. I’ve been lucky to learn from so many wise and inspiring teachers before me. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills my heart and is what fuels me. Everyone could benefit from this practice, so I hope to see you on the mat or on the trails. 🌱 Love and Light 🌠

Always know that each day is different and it is very important to always honor yourself, the beautiful thing about yoga is the practice always meets you exactly where you are. Surrender to Your Inner Light

Power pushes you to dive deeper into your practice. I like to think movement vs. action, how do you make the pose come "alive".. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique. Expect lots of heat and core work!
